The Flirty Scarf

This is a very simple pattern that makes a warm, wrappable scarf. I’ve made it in both Rowan Big Wool and the incredibly soft Lang Malou. The Malou version is a teensy bit bigger to compensate for the difference in texture.

Finished size: 5″ (or 6″ slightly flattened) x approximately 72″ (in Malou, about 8″ by 75″)

2 balls of Rowan Big Wool in “Flirty” 038 OR 3 balls of Lang Malou (adjustment for Malou in parentheses)
Size 15 needles

Cast on 16sts (20sts).
Row 1: Purl
Rows 2&3: *K2, P2* repeat from * to * across.
Row 4: Purl

Repeat rows 1-4 for pattern. Work until you have only enough yarn left to bind off, and ending after a Row 3. Bind off purlwise. Weave in ends.
